I cannot get my brother printer to print on 2 sides. The option is not showing, nor are other options showing as they are in Google Chrome. I was getting used to saving paper and suddenly I cannot do it. I have used Firefox previously. You made changes. I found the changes difficult to use. I got out, went to Google Chrome. I was able to do what I needed to do between Yahoo and Chrome. The only reason I came back to Firefox, is I am a member of Club Pogo, and the play the Java games. Unfortunately they have not changed back to all flash player games again as of yet (was a mistake they made switching to java in the first place) . Back to my printer problem. How to I get the printer functions to appear so I do not have to switch back and forth between browsers? I THINK MOZILLA FIREFOX IS EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT THAN IT WAS BEFORE!!! WHY DO YOU MAKE THINGS HARDER TO USE? WHEN I FIRST USED IT, I LOADED IT, AND THAT WAS THAT, ALL SERVICES WORKED, NO PROBLEMS - NOW NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK PROPERLY. I GET SO MANY ERROR MESSAGES, IN FIREFOX, I AM GETTING TO THE POINT THAT I WANT TO GO BACK TO CHROME AND JUST USE FIREFOX TO PLAY MY CLUB POGO AND LEAVE IT AT THAT. MUCH EASIER TO DO THINGS IN CHROME. I CAN CLEAR THE CACHE EASIER, CHANGE SETTINGS IF NEED BE, THINGS ARE EASY TO FIND IF YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES. I AM NO CHILD, I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN, AND DO NOT HAVE TIME NOR PATIENTS TO FOOL AROUND TRYING TO EVEN FIND A HELP TAB TO FIGURE OUT YOUR SITE. FIX IT USER FRIENDLY !!!! I am running Windows 7 OS
