For Upromise, there is a "Cash Back Not Available" box.
I have Firefox version 36.0.4 on my HP Pavilion. Upromise has been installed for years. When you click on the "Cash Back Not Available" box within the Upromise tool bar, a drop down box appears. Mine does but now it's all blank (actually white). It should be filled with information. Then when I click on the "Cash Back Not Available" box again, the drop down box recedes back up. What is hiding the text within the box? Thanks. A solution will make my wife very happy.

Yes it is.
The button on the toolbar that says "Cash back not available" is self-explanatory, and the window that appears when you click it looks like this (it's nothing really important): http://oi62.tinypic.com/2guw64w.jpg
