I keep getting unable to load. I have restarted my computer, I have followed the instructions here,nothing is workking, IE is getting to the sites. HELP

All of a sudden, Firefox 36.0 is saying that it can not connect to any website. I have rebooted my system. I have followed the proxy instructions, they are set to no proxy, before they were set to Use System Proxy. Nothing is working to fix this. IE is working fine, but I do not want to use IE. Help.
