Select the data you’d like to import. Favorites Saved passwords Browsing history Form autofill data
then the prompt to Import
Is this a trick for Edge to import the data rather than Firefox or as it should be for Firefox to Import the data including that in Edge? As you might have guessed - I don't trust Edge or Microsoft one little bit.

I have a Chromebook, so it's been tough trying to download Firefox. I'm looking for a way to move what I need onto the laptop without having to start from scratch and do things one by one, which is too many things. How do you export Firefox preferences from old OS 2006 iMac to new 2024 M4 iMac? I gather the preferences have to be saved as .csv files? Thank you in advance.
