Silly design/UX choice: There is an option to add a 'private browsing' home screen app icon shortcut. The problem with it: if you go into private mode and close the app after, the app always starts in private mode until you manually change it (it's 1 extra tap but annoying, there should be a setting to keep state or set a default to normal browsing... (Or either option)) As a software designer, simple things like this really get on my nerves...

Whenever I do a search, the default setting for Desktop is set to On. This makes the results too small for me to read. This requires me to change the Desktop setting to Off. How do I change the Desktop default setting to Off?

I went out of the USA on May to Ecuador and Peru, and on the same day the Android version of Thunderbird stopped retrieving new email from the server. I have used Thunderbird pointed to the same server on Windows 11 and Android successfully for years. I thought it might be something to do with being out of the country, but now I'm back in the USA, and sync account on Android still does not retrieve new mail that has accumulated since May 4th. I've been following my email using a webmail access so I know there's lots of new mail. I've closed and reopened Thunderbird on the Android, and I've tried sync account with the webmail access closed. I have not yet tried Thunderbird on my windows 11 laptop because I'm still not home yet. Any suggestions welcomed, thank you for your help! Since the launch of Thunderbird (Android), I have been using it. Recently I changed the email account password and now want to update it in Thunderbird. I can’t find an option in the app to update the password, and the app is not prompting me to enter the new password.

I just activated the built-in VPN for the Firefox browser on Android. How do I change the location? ie. I'm in Australia but want the internet to think I'm in the UK...

I am in Bogota Colombia visiting my family and want to book a flight Bogota to Santa Marta but Mozilla doesn't allow me to book in colombian pesos but in American doblarse as if I was the US at the moment.

It is not a problem, but I would like to know why did my Firefox app (phone) change its logo and name to "Firefox Preview". Was it me that accidentally activated it?

The new VPN feature is really wonderful. But I'll run through my 50gb practically overnight if I leave the feature on and all my YouTube traffic runs through it.

I would like a feature where I can whitelist (or blacklist?) certain websites. Then, my personal browsing on most websites would be protected even if YouTube could get its hooks into me.

I have the "Block AI Features" setting enabled, but I'm still getting the "Ask Gemini" option in the long-hold context menu for Firefox Mobile on Android.

Is there any way to remove this option? It's cluttering the context menu and I dont want to misclick it. Or otherwise, is this a known and tracked issue?

Hi all I'm banging my head against a brick wall trying to get the app to automatically show remote images. A google search says go to Account settings > Reading mail but this isn't an option in the android app, there is only General Settings and no Reading mail. How can i get my emails to display properly automatically ?

Sorry about the incorrect location with my last question. Unfortunately the VPN has just disappeared. I have no idea and done nothing to the settings. If anyone could please help, it'll be greatly appreciated. *Bows*

Hi, I can't change the location from recommended in the Android built in VPN. When I press on location or recommended nothing happens. Any help appreciated
