Hallo,

How do i manage my folders such as addition, renaming and delete folders?

Additionally, i would appreciate the possibility to undo the swipe. For example, if the wrong message has been moved to Trash.

Im on thunderbird version 13.0 and no matter what i do i can't get folders to show. For the gmail account there is no problem but for my work domain i deleted, an dmconfigure with QR code, manually, uninstalled the app. I can't get it right. On my desktop thunderbird works everything fine. It used to work on mobile but for tha last month atleast i cant get it to work. Thank you

I get a message not sent error when doing the following on Android smartphone: - click an email address link - create email opens - send completed email

Expected result: Email goes to outbox and is removed after sending

Actual result: - email stays in outbox and error cannot send is displayed - when moving email to Entwürfe and send again the sending succeeds, but email is present twice in sent folder

Please have a look!

Hi My local folders disapear, and I got an sugestionfrom Toad-hall, that i followed: Renaming the folder names to shorter names and download from the oficial Thunderbird download. When i removed thunderbird and install agin it works by magic, but each time i close Thunderbird and open it again my local folders are diapeared Kind regards Ole Storm Mikkelsen

Can someone advise please, I am using an android tablet and have had no problems with thunderbird until recently. I send and receive email from multiple accounts, but occasionally it will stick the email in the outbox and nothing I do will send it.

The email address is correct because if I go to yahoo it will send the message.

It appears to be totally random from any of the six accounts I use. I have deleted each account, reinstalled thunderbird. No difference. I can send mail it goes yo outbox, send another and it gets sent. ??

I am getting to the stage where I am going to abandon thunderbird because I think email is sent and its not.

I believe the only option to view attachments is to scroll until the end of the email. This is inconvenient for emails with many replies and forwards as they become very long. In addition, the implicit Gmail indentation, makes the scroll length extremely long (email is eventually displayed one character per line). I have one email that I need to scroll hundreds of screens so I can view the attachments. See attached image with the email contents and scroll bar.

It would help to have a button to scroll to the end or ignore indentation. Both options would be helpful as scrolling to the end allows downloading the attachments and reading the initial email.

I recently set up unified mailbox for all my email accounts under manage folders. I activated it for Inbox, sent, and trash but when I go to the unified folder it only show inbox not sent or trash folders. Why? The inbox folder portion is dispalying all messages by color code correctly.

On my desktop, thunderbird does an awesome job cutting spam. While on the mobile its terrible, not just are most spam mails coming thru but some legit emails are getting flagged. Is there some way to make it mimic the desktop.

I have had Mozilla Thunderbird for many years and used it daily. Now you are writing to me that you want to close my mail program because I haven't used it for 2 years.

I have 2 email addresses linked to Mozilla Thunderbird: [edited from public] @hotmail.com and [edited from public] @gmail.com. I can receive emails from the Hotmail account, but I cannot send. From the Gmail account, I can both send and receive. Why can't I send from the Hotmail account?

I have a email account janina.dulny@me.com at an android. I also have the same account at an IPhone. All the mails come through to my Iphone but not to My thunderbird at my Android. At my Android I also get messages that my autheticaton has failed and in connection to me.com adress. What to do? It is very important to me to make it workshop!! Today I am not able to send emails on my phone. Even a simple test msg is met with an alert and an email in the outbox. I have restarted the phone, and also cleared Thunderbird app cache and forced stop. I still get it. I sent emails last night no problem. I am able to send emails using domain webmail and desktop Thunderbird application. This is only on mobile android version 14. Thunderbird 11.1

I just updated to K-9 mail 12.0 on CalyxOS 6.10.20 Which is an Android version 15 K-9 mail crashes on startup. Clearing cache does not work. I'm asking here before i clear all data and try again
