I had Kaspersky and was automatically switched to Ultra AV, which I don't like, because it keeps me from using Mozilla Firefox. Does anyone know how to get it to allow me to use it? So that the context menu would say "Open in new private tab" instead of "Open in new private window".

I have been using Thunderbird for well over a decade and LOVE it! I do not know when this occurred and how but I have two Sent folders, one is called 'Sent' and the other is called 'Sent Messages.' Actual sent messages go to the 'Sent' folder but as both are protected folders, I cannot delete the 'Sent Messages' folder and would very much like to. Can you please tell me how to accomplish this?

Hello,

My name is Magali, I have just installed Thunderbird 128.4.0esr (64 bits) on my Macbook Pro 2017 a week ago. I've synchronized 4 email accounts (including 3 gmail) so far, one of them is having a problem.

Everything was working fine at the beginning but at some point the emails in the inbox disappeared. They are still present in gmail.com and in the "all messages" folder (screenshot 2), but my inbox only shows the new messages (screenshot 1). But the inbox messages reappear when I add a filter "recipient = me" (screenshot 3) and disappear when the filter is empty...

Does someone know what is happening ?

Hi. When I go to my webmail " 400 Request Header Or Cookie Too Large" comes up. I can get it in chrome no problem. This just started last night. Can you please help me.I don't want to loose all my passwords (by clearing cookies) Thank you in advance. Jan

How is someone supposed to get a bug taken care of?

Since update to version 132, the primary password box keeps popping up, randomly, even after I put in the password. Only started happening after update to 132.

Can someone from Mozilla actually look into this?

Hi there! When I opened the thunderbird in the morning, I don't know if i clicked the wrong button, all my emails and the folder i set was gone, now it just shows the initial folder with only the emails I received today. When I use the search engine to search, it still shows a search result in which I can see the first few lines of emails I received in the past, but when I try to click into it to check details, it's empty, I couldn't see any content. What has happened and how can I fix this? Thanks in advance!
