I made a folder and called it April. One day the folder just disappeared. No one seems to help me recover the folder and i need it. Once I moved emails into that folder they are no longer available in my inbox. SO if you know how to recover my folder help, or if you know how to recover emails that were sent to a folder, that would work also. I use Windows 11 and I have the most recent release of Thunderbird. I use Charter.net as my isp which is pop. Thanks,Charles

How do I search x-rated or violent content with the Firefox browser without Google safe search puritans blocking my every attempt to do so. I don't what I've done or how to change it. I am just going around in circles of frustration. Good lord it's like I'm back into the puritanical dark age. PLEASE HELP.

I'm running Linux devuan: Linux MikesPI 6.1.93 #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Dec 8 02:37:53 CET 2025 aarch64 GNU/Linux and Firefox 140.4.0esr (aarch64).

For years now I've been downloading and saving Yahoo quotes as csv, now for the last week Firefox wants to save page image poping up an extra window that must be refused before I can continue using Firefox. Hopefully someone can tell me what new option in about:config can be turned off to stop this. Thanks, Mike

On my Linux machine, I exported the public key for an email address in Thunderbird 140.8.0esr (64-bit) into a file. I transferred the file to my Windows 11 machine via Warpinator.

On the Windows machine I am running Thunderbird 148.0.1 (64-bit). In Account settings>End-to-End encryption, I click Add Key>Import an existing OpenPGP key>Select File to import, and then I select the file.

I get an error message: Error! Failed to import file.

I'm surprised. I would think that going from one installation of Thunderbird to another would work this way. I am concerned that I won't be able to read incoming encrypted emails without the key working.

Can someone help me?

The last time I used Firefox on a desktop (my only personal device right now is my Android phone), I was offered the opportunity to set-up multiple profiles for different types of browsing. I can't find this option in the Android version. Is it available? If not, is it possible perhaps to download it twice? Thanks, Geordi

In Thunderbird, I am trying to create an email filter, however, the screen/window display will not show the "OK" button to allow the filter creation to be saved for usage. After several hours, I have tried all the resolution changes, "resizing" the screen/window, "window" stacking, cascading etc, - nothing works to lengthen the screen to show the "OK button. I have other filters created previously, that work, but editing with changes have the same display issue. (HP Pavilion laptop-Windows10, i7) It appears that the bottom of screen is in a fixed position -see screenshot.

As soon as I click on the Thunderbird Icon to start Thunderbird I get a Yahoo Page covering over my Thunderbird page with no practical way to remove the Yahoo page permanently? This is like a scam page or something from a devious hacker?
