404 Google error whenver I use FireFox's native google search

Whenever I try using the google toolbar or type the name of a site without .com, like to do a search using the address bar, I get a 404 google error. It reads:The requested URL /cse?cx=partner-pub-3540673482024757%3Ac8hkjv-9xef&q=easybib&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t was not found on this server. That’s all we know.
