Print is coming out at 1/4 of a page, 1/4 size; even though page setup is correct. IE and Word print correctly.

When printing from Mozilla, the print and print preview are coming out ~4 X 6 in, instead of 8 1/2 X 11. Page setup is shrink-to-fit, 0.75" margins. Same setup works on Internet Explorer and all microsoft programs.
