I can no longer send emails through my school email once I updated Mozilla.

My school uses an online system to send emails to other students and to the instructors. When I attempt to do so there appears to be a "script" error and it says that either keep running or stop. if i do either the email doesn't go through. This is very important because Im starting an online class soon.

Are you referring to Angel LMS from Blackboard?

That should work with the Firefox 3.6.19 version that you used to post this.
Angel doesn't appear to support Firefox 7, so you may have to wait to update to that version.
You should update to Firefox 3.6.23 to get the latest security patches.
