Why does in FF 7.01 Yogurttree theme reset to the firefox default theme after I turn of and restart my computer?

Every time I load enable the Yogurttree theme on my Firefox 7.01 it works fine until I turn off my computer. When I restart it Firefox is reset to the default theme. What do I need to do to keep the Yogurttree theme active?
