every time after updating to a new version of firefox the release notes should open by default in the browser which would help users understand the update clearly and the loopholes covered.

I thought that does normally happen, although iirc it did not happen with firefox 7.0.1.
Can others confirm this or otherwise ?
It may have been a glitch with making such a hurried unplanned update. If it was a problem, was it only seen by those updating from 7.0 to 7.0.1 a minor point release, rather than the 6 to 7.01 updates.
