Every time I watch a HTML5 video on any site, the CPU usage keeps fluctuating up to 90% or even 100%. When it does go up to 100%, the video (and the rest of Firefox) freezes for about half a second and then it goes back down to a slightly lower value.

How can I get it to stop doing that?
