I have a problem with loading files on my webpage - tech support suggested using an older version of Firefox - where do I get an older version to see if this will work

I have a web page managed by fatcow.com and use a website creator CM4all. In the past I have been able to edit info on this site but recently I have not been able to edit my website pages. I have been told by their support team they have checked everything and they don't have any problems and that IE 9 and newer versions of Firefox might be causing the problem and that I should try an older version of Firefox. I just don't know where to get an older version. B
