I can't access "my account" on AA.com I type in user name and password and enter. My name appears in the upper right of the page but the page doesn't go to my account and the username and password blocks go blank. hgolko@q.com,

I can access all other features of the website. The latest version of Firefox was downloaded and I could access the "my account" feature. When I turned off my computer and turned it back on I could not access "my account". I can access "my account" using Interned Explorer. I can access "my account" using Firefox on my laptop.
