On version 3.6 I had an auto fill in on task bar, with 4.0 I no longer have it. Please advise.

On previous version I had my personal information, I had card 1 and card 2. If I was filling in a form for an application or to purchase an item all I had to do was click on the box on the tool bar and it would fill in the info. Thank you.
