restore unsaved session

I've had a session that I always save before exiting firefox, but the last time I pressed the close button i didn't get the message of "save and exit", so i lost all my work and tabs, and when i opened it in the next time; my previous session wasn't saved, my question is : PLEASE, provide me with any means that would make me be able to restore my previous unsaved session, it was about 30-40 tabs, it is so important to me to restore them
