If you see the warning, you can confirm that you want to access that page.

More simple via Settings: The leftmost tab, I do not know its label since I am not using the English version. Could it be "Common"? There you will find a check box with a label similar to "Show the window File manager when a file is downloaded", again: I am using the Swedish version. Someone who can tell the correct English labels?
