Upgraded to Firefox 4 and now my start up page "my google" and I can't get it to Stay signed in

On my previous version of Firefox my start up page was "my google" and I would go directly to my page. I checked for saved passwords and my user name and password are there on firefox 4. However when I log in it takes me to google asking me to make my own page or to sign in. when I go to sign in it doesn't fill in my user name and password. I check Stay signed in but the next time it does the same again.
