I have Win7-Ultimate-64bit and I installed Mozilla Firefox (3.6.12-en US) and it worked once but after running Citrix Online plug-in - Web it crashed. I restarted the computer and from that moment on Firefox doesnt load.

I was advised to uninstall Firefox and when I try going to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall it refuses to uninstall. I don't get an error either so nothing happens. I have also run Helper.exe from the Program Files folder and that also does nothing. I went as far as disabling my Firewall and changing UAC to minimum so that my system is fully open and nothing I do will get rid of Firefox. I have beed advised to re-install Windows and I don't want to go that far.

Please can someone help and tell me how I can manually un-install Firefox from Win7 Unltimate, even if I have to do it from Registry. I can't afford to re-install Windows!
