how do i move forward with installation
I am stuck this is way to confusing. trying to get this to work on a new computer

You don't provide enough information for us to make a good suggestion. We need to know such things as:
- Your computer platform
- Your email provider, and their recommended server settings (usually found on their Help web site.)
- A detailed description of what specifically is "sticking" you - including any and all error messages, complete and verbatim. Screen shots are most helpful.
