I was able to send messages through Thunderbird about an hour ago. I closed Thunderbird and reopened it and I can no longer send any messages.

Anyone with any help?

Check to see if your update of full email address is there. If not, it may be that prefs.js wasn't updated. Check your prefs.js file in profile to see when it was last updated. If it was read-only, it may not have been updated. Check also to see if there is a prefs-1.js, indicating update problems. That's just a guess of mine.

look in the profile.

- click help>troubleshootinginformation - scroll down to 'profile folder' and click 'open folder' - you are now in the profile. prefs.js may appear as just prefs if have windows set to not show suffix.
