Are you using language Addon modules or did you add Languages modules to Firefox language options? Chrome AFAIK can change language on the fly since it has such options implemented on it's browser. Maybe remove any language module installed on Firefox and close and restart Firefox and see if the issue doesn't return again.

No and most pages are in English but when I open up a server Cpanel it is in Spanish. The first level I was able to convert it to english but each link after, I didn't get the icon to translate. I am flying blind and cannot manage sites. I have to go to Chrome (yuck!).

Should I install something? I have been dealing with this for about 2 weeks and it is driving me crazy! Any help is greatly appreciated.

On the problem page, do you have the icon toward the right end of the address bar for the Firefox Translation feature? You can use that icon to open a drop-down panel and make sure Firefox isn't set to always translate the current site.
