This is the American English version: https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/115.12.0esr/win64/en-US/.

Change en-US at the end to en-GB for British English or en-CA for Canadian.

The current update for the older Firefox 115 ESR is actually 115.14.0esr. The last update will be 115.15.0esr in early September unless Mozilla extends support.
