I have just installed the latest version of Firefox on my Windows laptop. I know am unable to log into my ebay account. I am asked to verify my identity, but get stuck on the page as it gives me no option to actually verify myself. See the attached screen shot I can log in on Google Chrome, but don't want to. Can you help?
