some urls autofill others don't

Some urls autofill in the address bar, and others don't (and I wish they would)

In the example images below you can see Quora does autofill, but Twitter and Facebook don't I'm pretty sure they all used to so perhaps it's something I have done

AFAIK unless you clear cache/history some of those do go away but alot depends on how your AutoFill/AutoSave settings are checked. You want to look at those settings as well.
