Addons refuse to stay in.

NoScript and all other addons but two are refusing to stay on.

I click on the add ons list

I click on the addon/NoScript, Ghostery, uBlock, and a half dozen others, and they are OFF

I click ON.

Gray dot moves to the right, turns BLUE appropriately, and HOES BACK TO OFF immediately.
