Better Technical Support Availability Computer Operating System-Internet Browser Company(ies) Or 3-Sets of Separate Companies Providing Those 3-Services

Does anyone know of
A computer operating system-Internet Browser company(ies)*
Or an computer operating system company(ies)*,
An Internet Browser company(ies)*
&
An E-Mail accounts company(ies)*,
that does more than just community (almost 100% users, certified anything by the companies) help & if have to help through chat technical support more than that also?
I would prefer not a monopolizing company(ies), like so many and then there are a few the huge ones and then there is Microsoft. I have yet been able to find it/them,
