Need updated payment, but no subscriptions available to update
I need to update my payment information for my VPN, but when I go into my account it doesn't show any subscriptions, so I can't update my payment. How do I get my VPN access back?

You can log in to accounts.firefox.com with the Firefox account associated with the subscription, next to subscriptions, click on manage and you will have the option to update your billing information.
