USA government web "Secure Connection Failed"
Until @ 4 weeks ago, I could see https://www.weather.gov/satellite that goes to https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/index.php Using Firefox 89.0.2 Windows 10 Message: "Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified." This is a mixed site. Have used your software for a long time and been into this website every few day until @ 4 weeks ago this site would not load, have changed/removed all Firefox security setting, have read your Unlock solution, Nothing works, have reported this to the website. Your instructions for unlock fail because there is no "3. Click Disable protection for now" after clicking on Padlock for 'connection secure' Your developer instructions are too complex. This web has a Certificate, my net security is Not blocking the site. I have used the https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/index.php for many years without a problem. Please fix this problem

Bing search https://www.bing.com/search?q=PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR This simply means, that the peer or some middlebox in between (firewall) is terminating the connection.
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.
