False positives when signing on to https sites - "HTTP error"

Examples, when signing on to the NWS website: <https://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=34.23182743359024&lon=-118.46614174944148#.WDGsZfkrLs0>

get false positive alert "going to HTTP site."

This also occurs periodically when launching other pages from the NWS server, example:

<https://www.wrh.noaa.gov/total_forecast/getprod.php?afos=afdlox&wfo=lox&new>
