No scripts limit to inside container

Is it possible to limit scripts, say of facebook, to run only inside the facebook container using no script? While it seems facebook itself will only open up inside the facebook container, it seems that unless the facebook script is blocked by no script it runs outside the container when I'm on other sites such as my banking site. While I expect facebook scripts to be running when I'm using facebook, I'm not that excited for them to be running outside the container and turning scripts manually on and off for each container is a bit of a pain. So what I'm looking for is a way to limit which scripts run in each container and have that the default when I open the container.
