I have ben using the bookmarks menu (written words, not the star, I have screen pri) on the bookmar toolbar. I am now missing a folder. How can I get it back?

I lost or deleted a folder of bookmarks from the Bookmark Menu (not the one with the star but the one with the words "Bookmark Menu" on the toolbar. Going back to a saved bookmark folder does not help as this folder was not in the ones with the star. Can I find this folder and can I combine both of the bookmark menus in the future? Thank you.
