HOW do I add a NEW FOLDER ... I've tried your suggestion of right clicking...the quick and easy way is NOT available...BUT...the email disappeared...SOMEWHERE.
1. Previous to this Spring...I had accumulated EXACTLY 1 year of NEW FOLDERS...they have DISAPPEARED! Proof: I had changed my 'signature/address'...This Spring it REVERTED BACK to a year ago...the OLD ADDRESS. MANY MANY 'Local Folders' have disappeared = DISASTER.
2. I am now trying to RECREATE those folders... I have 'right clicked' on the email I wish to save in a NEW LOCAL FOLDER...NO helpful response. YES! I HAVE checked them out. AND...my email which I wished to put in the 'new local folder'...has disappeared. !!!!!
HELP. URGENT. NOT IMPRESSED
