Virtual keyboard does not appear when using the LastPass Firefox extension after 57.0 installed.

The suggested solution to use Settings and ensure Update is set to AUTO did NOT resolve the issue. I have continued to have the same problem. The issue persists to this day, 12/5/17. LastPass extension is at level 4.2.4a. Firefox is now at 57.0.1. Laptop is running Win10 with latest updates applied. My original response from 11/14/17 is immediately below.

Your response was helpful, but I had already done that. It looks like the update had already been applied when I was trying, and it doesn't shift the login pop-up from the center to the right to allow the virtual keyboard to pop-up to the left of it. Login pop-up just stays in the center and that is the end of it. No virtual keyboard appears. I have Auto update checked in the Extensions. Last update for the LastPass extension was today, 11/14. Appears to be a bug to me, but maybe there is some setting that needs to be properly defined?
