Print to PDF - Doesn't auto-open - No text colors

Print to PDF problems:

1.) IT DOESN'T AUTO-OPEN THE PDF

2.) IT DOESN'T "Print Background (colors and images)"

Win 10 / Programs / Printers / Foxit Phantom - Properties / Preferences / [check] View PDF results . . . IT DOESN'T AUTO-OPEN THE PDF, IT USED TO

FF 57 / Tools / Options / General / Files and Applications . . . Search for "pdf" / Action / Use Foxit Phantom . . . SO, IT SHOULD USE THE PREFERENCE SETTINGS OF FOXIT PHANTOM

FF 57 / Print / Page Setup / Format & Options tab / [check] Print Background (colors and images) . . . IT DOESN'T "Print Background (colors and images)", AND YOU CAN SEE THIS IN THE PREVIEW . . . If I use "Print Edit WE" and select "Web Style," then I can get the "Background (colors and images)"
