I usually download my gmail emails in the All Mail account folder. As my gmail memory use was nearing the 15 GB limit, I copied the All Mail emails from the ImapMail folder to the local folder in my computer. Then I deleted some unwanted emails from the server to free up space. After that I was able to access all of my emails from Thunderbird. My backup emails were in the local folder and server emails were in the account folder of Thunderbird. However, later my gmail memory was approaching limit again and so I followed the same process as before. I kept both the backup All Mail files in the local folder. However, this time the new All Mail folder is showing the same emails from the older All Mail folder. I am not being able to access my new backup files. Can anyone please help me to solve this issue?
