Hi,

We have one issue while enabling SAML SSO on 12.0. version of Cisco call manager product. In the final step of enabling procedure, when I click "Run sso test" button, after giving user credentials I will get error page for first attempt, saying "The relay url does not contain a valid relay uri" Error page screen shot attached. If I retry again, clicking same button it will pass without asking for user credentials. That is passing in the second attempt. It is because, for the first time when we "Run SSO Test" in a freshly installed call manager, the certificate is not added to the trust list.

The issue also occurs when we open any SAML enabled call manager for the first time in the browser.

But the above scenarios works fine in the older versions of firefox browser. I've tested the issue in the older versions such as 33.0, 36.0 and 39.0, the "run SSO test" is passing in these versions of firefox but in the newer versions such as 40.0 and above. From what we have analysed, in non-working scenario, the response from the firefox browser is coming as GET instead of POST(which is expected).

Can we expect any help regarding this issue from the Firefox team?

Regards, Atulya Singh
