How do I prevent portions of web page being presented in Spanish rather than English?

When I load web pages from typical English speaking sites quite often a portion of the page is highlited and presented in Spanish. This started a couple of weeks ago with no explanation. This recently happened at the "Bestbuy" website when one of the product descriptions was presented in Spanish.

Any ideas?
