Thank you for your past responses. In last reply from FredMcD, go to about"support, click copy text to clipboard, at bottom of page in reply box, paste, the copy to clipboard would not respond. I have sent one message, but not sure it got thru. Just now I went in to the site designated to be blocked, www.bloodhorse,com, on page with video went to the icon in top bar that send you to the page showing what is set up , and security is showing this site is not encrypted, but nothing shows how to override the block, if this is the cause. Under permissions Adobe Flash does not hold the "use default" position, and no way to change it. It will take the change :use default", but is boxed in and then when I try to run video, after refreshing it still will not run, and same indications in the two icons in upper bar are same, no changes. I know this has to be as frustrating for you as it is for me. and really appreciate the help. Thank you, Judith
