Please provide steps to clean up every addons/plugins. Even after removing all entries in registry it comes back agai

Unable to resolve issue with flash player- it keeps crashing after install( even tried archived versions of flash as well). I have seached all Mozilla*, firefox* in C drive as well as in registry to delete all entries after an uninstall. But the addons and plugins show up after I do a clean install. Please provide steps to clean up all entries in addons + plugins so that its clean install without any old features.

Deleted all folders below. C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla C:\Users\***\AppData\LocalLow\Mozilla C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Mozilla
