Checking for new messages on startup is not working in first 10 minute after v38 update. It Works fine after 10 minutes.
On every release prior to ver. 38 the startup check after new e-post has been working flawless - except now with ver. 38 I must either wait 10 minutes or manually click the "Get Mail" button. Something is wrong here.

I did what You said, but nothing changed.
The thing is that this also occur on two different machines; one stationery with Windows 7 x 64 Ultimate and one laptop with Windows 8.1.
So it is not just one machine or or system that this problem showed up to.
My e-post server is a pop-server and the ports is always that they used to be: Incoming: pop.glocalnet.net Port 995 Outgoing: smtp.glocalnet.net Port 465
