firefox won't load after a problemwith my internet service provider

I had for a day problem with my internet service provider and after that was fixed I couldn't enter firefox. When I press on the Icon sometimes it won't load and sometimes it will load for a second.

Chrome also doesn't work only internet explorer does.

I tried to start it in safe mode but this windows has the same problem. I uninstalled and installed again but still it doesn't work. I also disabled the acceleration updated my graphics card.

The only time that I managed to enter firefox is when I booted my computer in safe mode.

Dear Chapnik , your problem is apparently not in firefox but on your firewall ! What I can conclude from the article you have windows , so fix your problem please go to : Start> Search Bar: Turn Windows Firewall on > Click on Windows Firewall > in the left margin on or off Firewall and disable both areas . Finished and now you can again use all browsers ( link to the download of Firefox ! Https://www.mozilla.org/de/firefox/new/ Best Regards KaiBold
