You can use the NoSquint extension to set font size (text/page zoom) and text color on web pages.

Hi RichterB, You can change this in the Content Settings of Firefox. Go to "3 bar" menu and click on Options. Click on content and uncheck "Let websites choose their own styles" and select a bold font type.
