Hey guys apparently I have opened a web site that instantly installed adware on my Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra 5G phone. I have installed AVG virus protection. I also have installed adblock app, and a Malware block app. Nothing works. I've tried the web fixes for Chrome. And Samsung Internet. Still nothing works. Anyone know how to fix this without resetting the phone back to factory.

I am migrating to a new phone. WhatsApp offered firefox as an option for storing its passkey. That took me to the connection and synchronisation process which the new phone said had failed. However all my tabs and other passwords appear to be syncing. Now selecting firefox to store the WhatsApp passkey takes me back to the failure page every time. Any idea how to restart the passkey addition to firefox process? WhatsApp won't work whilst I'm hung up in limbo between the two apps.

There is a serious problem. Some entity is downloading apps on my phone that are tracking me and stealing information off of my phone and they have made it so that I cannot delete the apps and they came put in a plain van and ran cables from our internet box outside to the other box and ever since then they have had access to our wireless internet, our Apple t.v, our computers and our phones and I have tried to factory reset my phone but they just download the same apps over again and it messes my phone up again. That is the problem.

This screen displays brackets in the corners defining the corners of a square in the middle of the screen. You cannot pinch it to make it larger or smaller or smaller. If you scroll up on the windows it closes Mozilla. The only way to get rid of it to use the browser normally is to reboot my Samsung phone.

When one stops the Firefox shortcuts, does this means amazon can no longer setup spy visits using camera and other permissions left over from installing Firefox. Why can consumers, at the time of installing, not offer the choice of no permissions for companies paying Firefox?

Firefox is working in background and draining the battery. That what I see in battery usage information. I have tried to limit and stopped Firefox but it is still on the top of battery usage.
