I think the virus is back, it interferesbwhen typing, it's stopping my smaller antivirusles from working properly, it keeps turning the VPN off, it's blocking my internal and using my pin card! And I'm blocked from my Amazon account because chrome went to buy something! I've had this virus before so you must have a report number about it, it's very clever but I'm fed up fighting it now, been going on for months and theres nothing wrong with my phone, but starting to think about getting another, this annoys me every day!

Firefox for Android is non-responsive on my Samsung flow HP PC screen. Please advise. All other browsers are responsive. Love Firefox thou, but can't use it on my PC (Samsung flow screen on the HP PC.)

About a week ago my phone (Sony Xperia ZX2 Premium running Android 10) started 'crashing to the lock screen' whenever a download finished in the mobile version of Firefox. If multiple files are downloaded in short succession a popup will appear informing me that the 'System UI keeps stopping', with a prompt to close the app or to get to the app info (see the attached photo - clicking either option sends me back to the lockscreen, with the only difference being that after unlocking the phone the former will have stayed with Firefox in focus, and the latter having opened the Settings app on the System UI entry).

Going to about:crashes shows no recent crashes on Firefox's ends. (Plus, Firefox shows no signs of having been closed [like tabs being reloaded] after unlocking the phone again post-crash). The issue currently only happens when downloading a file through Firefox; downloading a file through Edge, Discord, or the Google Drive app produces no problems.

I have already tried force-stopping and restarting Firefox, restarting the phone, and clearing the download history with no luck. Furthermore, I have also checked for updates for the system, the Google Play Store, and Firefox for Android, however all of them were already up to date.

Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

My browsing-history on Firefox was read by another app... I will list specifics to give a little potential context:

A couple nights ago, I decided to order food from Cheesecake Factory THROUGH the Firefox browser. At this time, I did not even open any food-app, not even in my recently used apps. The following day, I get a notification from DoorDash saying, ‘Try the cheesecake factory AGAIN and get 20% off,’ etc... Granted, I am also using a VPN, so all my internet traffic / web-browsing is encrypted leaving and coming into the phone.

It increasingly seems like companies touting ‘Privacy’ is just a gimic. It's extremely frustrating.

Hello. I have the most recent update for Android Firefox. Suddenly I can not watch videos because it says my JavaScript is off. I have not done anything to change any settings. And I am unable to get into "About:Config" to change anything. The version of Android Firefox is 117.0. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Thank you so much. When I try to sign into any Google product (Drive, Docs, Classroom, etc) in Firefox on my Android phone, it brings me directly to a "sign in with Microsoft" screen. I think this is because my old Microsoft account is the default account for Google products, but it is now deactivated so I can't sign in from there. I can't get out of that page, though, so I can't sign into any of my Google accounts at all through Firefox on my phone.

Keep seeing a bug where tabs that were kept open but are not active, upon reopening do a full reload, and then take a long time to load often failing to load at all after a timeout.

while performing a download, "com.android.phone has stopped" apears, the signal strenght indicator in the upper right restarts(disappears, reappears with the 4G mark, the mark disappears and the indicator works after), after that the phone service and the phone app work normally. the download finishes normally.

using motorola e7 plus, android 10

tried restarting the phone, deleting cash and data of phone app, deleting cash of firefox

tried downloading using google chrome, all work normally.

it is possible that the issue started happening after I updated firefox but It's possible that it was happening before too.

instagram.com not asking for notification permission, so I'm not able to receive notifications from this site.

Someone else experiencing this? Is there something that I and/or Firefox and/or Instagram can do to fix this?

• Settings> Sites Permission> Notifications is set to Ask to allow
• there's no record of instagram.com on Settings> Sites Permission> Exceptions
• Tested also with addons disabled
• Firefox version: 117.1.0 (Build #2015973691), from Google Play Store
• Oneplus 11

Ps: Tested on Google Chrome and the site asks for this permission

Hello, I am trying to lock uBlock as enabled in nightly. Is there a method to do this in about:config? Or some other method to lock this as enabled or keep it from being disabled?

Kinda just throwing this out here. I have over 5 thousands tabs open on mobile. If I had to wager a guess I'd say I have at least 10,000 if not 20,000. I did actually count to the 5,000 for certain. My main question is I just wanna know if there is a way to definitively know how many I have. I know on the desktop version you can and I have done so, but that wont tell you how many are open on mobile. When ever I try to share all tabs my firefox immediately crashes, all the tabs will reopen afterwards. I just really wanna know how many tabs I have so I write down the number and get to closing them. Thank you for reading.

Very often when clicming the adress bar (almost always on sites like old.reddit.com, the app just stops responding and I must reopen it. I'd like a solution that won't involve removing all my bookmarks, history and saved data.

172.16.32.1 is the login page for a WiFi offered by my landlord. Sometimes I am able to go to that page and login and sometimes your browser refuses me access. Please help me fix this and allow me to use my landlords WiFi. If you are unable to assist, please direct me to a browser I can download that will allow me to use my apartment's wifi.
