Dear Mozilla Support Team, I am writing to report a significant security breach involving my Firefox browser that resulted in session hijacking my Firefox devloper browser email was ( nileshvai728@gmail.com ) in panic log out form my account and reset the laptop now I don't have access to the data and the compromise of multiple high-value accounts (Discord, Rockstar, and Telegram). Incident Details: Date of Incident: February 2026 Primary Exploit Identified: BeEF (Browser Exploitation Framework) OS: Windows 11 Symptoms: allowing an unauthorized party identified as operating from an IP in Vietnam to bypass 2FA by stealing active session tokens. Despite having security measures in place, the attacker successfully: Accessed my saved Google passwords. Reset my Rockstar Games and Discord account passwords. Gained access to my Telegram account (which has since been deleted). Technical Observations: Standard scans with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes did not immediately detect the "infostealer" responsible, suggesting the use of "Living-off-the-Land" (LotL) scripts or a sophisticated browser-based hook that persisted even after clearing basic cache. I am reporting this to help Mozilla investigate how Firefox's cookie storage and session management can be further hardened against BeEF-style hooks and unauthorized token extraction.

Please add an option to set a default language to translate into. I often have to translate Japanese webpages, and each time I need to scroll through the list of "Translate to" languages to find English.

We need to add customization to the bottom panel located under the search bar, as well as the ability to set any wallpaper on the home screen and add a black AMOLED theme for the browser

On some websites Firefox blocks entry of texts in text fields manifested in 2 ways: keyboard in Android pops but no text is entered when typing, or no keyboard pops. The tried refreshing pages, switching to desktop mode, clearing browsing data nothing works. Attempting to report this to a site:https://ambientweather.net. Ultimately I had to download and install a different browser to access the site. I was already logged into the site and other field changes were correctly implemented. On pages with 2 search fields, one site-wide and one in my search context, both fields failed When switching to desktop version, I noticed a typical cookie notice which I hoped was taking the focus away from the other fields but closing that notice did not resolve the problem.

While I assume a design implementation error by sites, this may be related to the ongoing memory conflicts one experiences when doing multiple searches on heavy video sites. As with the old Firefox Android, Firefox slows down and can't seem to dump all it's cache, apparently, to handle more input. in those cases a dump of most browsing data generally clears the problem, but didn't help here. I suspect an underlying Firefox cause because I've seen this over several random sites but with no clear pattern. I just revisited the site above and it works as designed now.

Consider this the equivalent to trying to use a PC without a keyboard, it's really a catastrophic fail.

I tried it, it loads through EDGE, but through yours, if I enter it into the search, it loads at 70%, but the page still seems to work, albeit slowly. I didn’t have such problems with EDGE

Hi. So I've been having this issue where, I search something in google, it searches what I asked it to. Then I search again and it finds what I asked it to. The third time if I search again it'll go back to the first thing I tried to search as if i just pressed BACK twice. Something similar happens if I search for something, and then if I search the second thing and tap on the website and then press BACK, it'll go back to the first Google result I ssearched. It's been a few weeks this has been happening and the only thing that'll TEMPORARILY fix it is if I close firefox. If you need any more information I'd be happy to help you help me. Thank you!

Before v147 on Android I was able to play a video on YouTube and then shut my screen and the audio would still play and it was amazing but I can't seem to do it anymore since a week or so :/ is it just me ? Thank you

So either firefox or android (probably firefox) just updated, and it's made a mess of the browser. First of all, the layout of everything has changed - the traffic light menu's at the bottom of th e screen now, completely different, there's a pull bar to see stuff that was previously readily available, the tab icons are longer for some reason but I think they're also skinnier? The hell? It's just generally worse than what it was before. I hate every part of it and want it rolled back on that basis alone, because I actually liked how it worked before, and if I want to change how my phone works I'll do it myself. Stop messing with my stuff, mozilla, I don't come into your house and start moving all your furniture around and putting your cutlery in the wrong drawers, and I'd appreciate it if you returned the courtesy.

But, as annoying - read, infuriating and unnecessary - as that is, that's not the real problem. Oh no. No, that's a personal issue, I'd either learn to live with it or I'd find a modification workaround to get my old UI back. No, the problem is that my previously smooth tab screen - you know, the one where you can see all your tabs open - now lags. Noticeably. How do you mess that up? Seriously, what did you do? It freezes when I'm scrolling up and down! How! How do you do that!

In summary, update bad for UI reasons (please stop moving things for no reason, or at least give us an option to move it back, some of us hate that Really Quite A Lot, to the point where we left chrome over it) but also for previously-nonexistent latency where there absolutely should not be any. I'm on a Fairphone 5, this isn't an ancient brick that barely runs. How do you update something to be actively less functional? Please just roll it back. And if you only take one bit of feedback from me ever, stop touching the UI. It's really annoying. Please. Just don't.

In a recent Firefox update, UI was updated to reflect Material Design. However, some elements aren't displaying as intended. However, the screen with tabs is not displayed on the entire screen (that is, it does not extend into safe zones), although the indents on the screen allow this to be done.

I recently had my firefox mobile for android updated apparently, but it is so user unfriendly and not very accessible in the way that the new layout with the dark tabs and small pictures makes it very hard to read which tabs are open and is unfriendly on the eyes. Is there any way I can revert back to the previous version? I really loved the layout and the user friendliness of it and now I am just considering downloading another browser because I am so bummed by this update. Thanks in advance.

Tab management has been changed. Very annoying new UI design.

I can no longer share all tabs with one click.

Please bring back this feature.

Recently, my Samsung A23 5G started freezing when closing tabs. I only started having this issue since Firefox updated to a new version with a new UI. I am currently on 147.0.3 on both devices. I load one tab, close it, load another, and then it usually freezes on the next close. Clearing the cache often allows me to go a couple more tabs without freezing, while simply closing Firefox still usually has the limit of two tabs before freezing. I usually just press "close app" when the "Firefox isn't responding" system box comes up. I've restarted my Samsung phone but the issue persists. My new Moto G Stylus 2025 doesn't freeze, but Firefox still feels noticably slower, especially when closing tabs.

I've uploaded three screenshots. The first one shows how it freezes while I close a tab, while the second shows how Android's "not responding" message comes up. The third one shows the current version on both of my phones.

Before that, I had encountered this case as well. After reinstalling, the new menu was applied, but today it reverted to the old one again, and reinstalling no longer works.

I refeshed a page just now, and all the tabs have gone weirdly long, it's a nightmare to interact with different pages, the intuitive structure is gone. What just happened? And how can I put the original settings back?? In the past, security updates did not wreck the ease of use, so I'm guessing this was a cosmetic 'upgrade' and I'm desperately hoping someone knows how to roll it back....
