Before Firefox used to keep private tabs 'open and available' till you closed the page out, for iphones, ipads, etc. Now all my private tabs are closing out every time I close the app. Before there used to be a section in settings that would allow you to turn this feature on/off, however it's not in settings anymore. I wanted to know if there is another way around this. I want to be able to keep private tabs open when I close out Firefox on my phone and ipad.Before I would have all my tabs available jut like regular browsing but now its cleared out evey time. Is there anyway to fix and change this?

I have the Firefox app on my iPhone. When I click it to open the app, the first thing I see is the Firefox logo on the top left. Below that are eight icons (webpages), seven of which I have pinned. Below that are my "Jump Back In" options. How do I add a "pin" to a webpage I go to all the time?

I updated the iOS app today and it closed all my tabs in private browsing mode and will not keep any open. It also will not default to private browsing anymore even if I open a link from a private window. The help pages list settings that do not exist. Please advise

I have quite a lot of passwords stored in my iPhone. I would like to sync (or, if not possible, export) these passwords to my Firefox browser on the same iPhone.

Is there a way to export passwords on the Firefox iOS mobile app? I know how to do it on my desktop/Windows device, but not on my iPhone (iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17.5.1). Please help!

I deleted and reinstalled firefox mobile ios, but multiple incorrect addresses are still there. I cannot delete or modify them.

There are no saved addresses on my firefox account that I am able to view from my desktop. The addresses appearing on firefox mobile are incorrect, and not the addresses from my contacts.

I use Firefox on my Mac and windows. Recently downloaded Firefox for the first time on ipad. Worked well for the sites that I opened for 15 minutes. Opened at max 4 tabs. Then I was crossing out the opened tabs, it crashed when the last open tab was closed. Tried again, and same thing. Since this is my behavior for every session, this could not continue, and I had to uninstall it from the iPad.

Since earlier today, every time I open firefox on my ipad it logs out websites. Even if I just logged in with the "remember me" option checked, and even if I close and restart the browser immediately the sites are already logged out again. I am NOT in private browsing mode and I'm using the latest version. I've also tried: - clearing cache - clearing cookies - clearing all website data - restarting the ipad None of these things have allowed sites to stay logged in for me. It seems to be a bug and it's currently making firefox totally unusable.

Can’t get Firefox to autofill user names & passwords on my iPad. Also, can’t enter addresses to be used later to autofill forms & not sure if it’s remembering new logins.

When I try to access my passwords I get a message that I must have a “device passcode enabled”. I don’t know what this means or where it’s located. (See image).

These features were working previously but I must have changed vital settings. When I search help I’m unable to follow the instructions because my display does not show the items mentioned.

Any help much appreciated.

I'm using Firefox for ios to access all social media rather than using their apps. Since FB changed the messanger to end to end encryption, I can't communicate with any of my friends using Firefox, can you please let me know why and how to fix it, everything was working fine until the above change took place.

My Firefox on iPhone (latest version) will pop up the sign in / password dialogue whenever I click an input field for text. It’s not detecting OTPs more than half the time, and even OTP dialogue boxes cause Firefox to try and open the Keychain and sign in, even if it’s not on the sign in page! I find this very concerning. Reinstalling Firefox doesn’t fix it and rebooting phone doesn’t fix it. Any ideas?

I would include a screen but it’s displaying personal information every time I click a text field.

When I’m on a website and I want to pay for something via PayPal it switches onto a new tab that’s blank. It won’t go to the PayPal website. Any thoughts please? Jeff
