Hello Mozilla Support, I want to ask how to turn off suggested websites on my home shortcut. I searched on the internet, but everything I tried didn't work.

When attempting to update my Mozilla account from my Firefox settings, I was unable to add my secondary email address because of an error message stating that the secondary email account exists...

Repeating this action in case of a bug resulted in being locked out of that particular window.

I have no idea what that error message means, nor how to circumnavigate it. Please help!

Hi everyone,

My computer crashed while updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Unfortunately, I had someone look at it and he formatted my hard drive and only did a partial backup of files. I thought my Mozilla Firefox account was syncing, but it seems like it did not happen in a while. Does anyone know if there's any hope in recovering the lost tabs and bookmarks? I can't download anything anymore. I get the "failed" message. I see in support questons that this has been going on for a long time even though there have been repeated "fixes" reported. I've used Firefox for a long time and really prefer it, but I'm having to change to Chrome to be able to complete my work.

For some reason any time I try to access Yahoo I am automatically differed to the German site. Even if I manually enter yahoo.com I am deferred to "de.yahoo.com/?p=us". On other browsers there is no such issue.

I want to use the search field for search and the adressbar to enter adresses. Unfortunately it doesn't let me enter adresses, they all get routed to a search provide (google) and I can't acees my router

How can I dsable the search in the adressbar?

Setting browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar (are you kidding me?) to flase does not help

Within the last week or so, a certain website (libsyn.com) that serves Podcast audio has been doing something strange to their content that causes Firefox difficulty when playing back in-browser. If I try to jog/skip through the audio, certain portions will cause the time to continue advancing, but Firefox will not play any audio back. Here's a sample. Note that if you allow the full URL to be loaded, then load the stream into VLC, VLC is able to play the audio just fine without any issues.

Did an update just kill the Keeper Security extension? I cannot login. Also cannot connect to Goose VPN website, wich is very strange since it is a security company.

Firefox crashes when I click on a box in MS Excel (and possibly other MS programs) then move to the browser to paste or not paste. This has been a problem for months now and I've reported this months ago (Oct. 3rd). Does anyone have a fix to this? I've refreshed it and it has been updated (and windows is always up to date too).

I have recently had to reload my laptop. Before I did so I synced all my passwords, bookmarks, history etc. When I have reloaded Firefox onto my device all my data is missing. Please can you help as I need all my passwords and bookmarks for work.
